- Home delivery — orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Free delivery may apply on qualifying order values as shown at checkout.
- Click & collect — order online and collect from a participating store location within the stated timeframe. Minimum order values may apply.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, stock availability, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address or upon collection at the designated store.
7. Returns, exchanges & refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain intimate apparel items may be non-returnable once opened or worn, except where required by applicable law or where the item is faulty or not as described.
Where returns are accepted, you may request a return within 14 days of marking your order as received (completed), subject to item condition and our return approval process. To initiate a return, use your account order history or contact our support team.
